RANDAL GASSMAN

Randal E Gassman is a graduate of The University of Tampa with a BA degree in Finance.  He began working in financial services in 1988 and after 10 years began specializing in structured settlements and related settlement work. In 1999 he spearheaded the first expansion of a regional Structured Settlement firm into Florida and the Southeast and ultimately began his own litigation support firm LRG Settlement Advisors. Over the 30 years he has worked on thousands of settlements, attended hundreds of mediations, and helped lawyers, adjusters, mediators and claimants settle cases utilizing structured settlements, Medicare Set Asides, and other tools used to help achieve a resolution.   He has an extensive knowledge of the settlement process and the documentation needed to complete a resolution properly and with attention to detail.  He is a family man and enjoys fishing, baseball, live music, and the outdoors.

LACIE YOUNG

Lacie Young is a broker with LRG Settlement Advisors. Her primary focus is on helping the injured protect their settlements and the protection of minors in claims.  Lacie mainly represents LRG Settlement Advisors in the North Florida/Panhandle area but has nationwide clients as well. She has been providing structured settlements for the plaintiffs and attorneys on both individual and mass tort cases for over 20 years.

She is also graduate of Florida State University where she earned her B.S. Degree, Cum Laude in 1998, and has her Life, Health and Annuity Insurance License.

Lacie knows the concerns of the plaintiff lawyers and their clients, and is committed to meeting those needs. Her organization skills, compassion for people, determination and commitment make her a real asset for clients during the settlement process.

CLAIRE WEEKS

Claire began working in the structured settlement industry in 1989. She joined LRG Settlements in December 2013 after a long career for mostly defense clients.  As Case Manager, her responsibilities include handling all aspects of a case from initial contact to issuance of annuity contracts and releases. This includes preparing all needed settlement documents. Her career began in 1977 with CIGNA Insurance Company in Philadelphia. Then she spent eight years with Farmers Insurance Group both in the Accounting Department and as a Senior Claims Analyst. Claire holds a life insurance license, as well as a CPCU designation from the Insurance Institute of America. 

TRACEY DEMARIA

Tracey began her career in structured settlements in 2004 after 4 years as a paralegal in the closing department of a personal injury law firm. From her experience drafting court orders, guardianships, and other legal submissions, she acquired extensive and valuable experience in the legal process and settlement planning. From the initial contact with a client, Tracey helps clients understand the importance of planning for their future and preserving government benefits with tools such as Medicare Set-Asides, and Special Needs Trusts. Tracey’s attention to detail, commitment and dedication allows her to provide exceptional service to both the attorneys and their clients. Tracey is also a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton where she earned her B.S. Degree in 1996 and is a proud Mom and an avid sports fan.
